As a provider of tailored educational trips, Global Action has a relatively short window to make their sales pitch to school teachers for the coming educational year.
But they do have a defined audience, making email an ideal comms delivery channel. As the company upgraded their CRM, we worked closely with their team on vital integration work; helping them with the adoption of SalesForce, integrating CampaignMonitor and providing training to staff on both platforms.
We then collaborated on campaign strategy and created a flexible template which better reflected their brand values and identity. From the off, delivery rates have improved as list quality rises, while greater testing and automation are future aspirations.
